Household energy & resilience planning

Make a plan before you buy the system.

Efficiency, solar and backup power solve different problems. Solvanti is a planning concept that helps homeowners organize their needs, compare assumptions and prepare better questions for qualified providers.

Service design stage. Pilot availability and scope are still being defined.

What do you need your energy to do?

Lower routine consumption. Keep a few essentials running during an outage. Prepare for an electric vehicle. These are different goals, with different costs and design questions. A product quote rarely answers all of them on its own.

Solvanti’s proposed starting point is a human-reviewed household energy brief. It organizes bill history, priorities and property questions before a homeowner chooses equipment, financing or an installer.

Built around real needs.

01

Homeowners comparing options

People considering efficiency upgrades, solar or storage who want to make assumptions visible before committing.

02

Households planning for outages

Owners who need to define essential loads and tolerable interruptions before requesting a backup-power design.

03

Qualified energy professionals

Assessors and licensed contractors interested in receiving a more organized account of household goals.

The Household Energy Brief

A proposed planning engagement for one owner-occupied home, using household-supplied information and a clearly documented set of questions.

Proposed scope · Not yet bookable
01

Needs & usage summary

Organize billing periods, household changes and priorities. Distinguish consumption from the price paid for it.

02

Options comparison framework

Compare efficiency, solar and backup pathways using visible assumptions, missing information and contractor questions.

03

A provider-ready checklist

Identify the property, tariff, equipment and site information a qualified assessor or installer would need.

From an open question
to an informed next step.

  1. Define your priority

Choose the decision you are trying to make and the household activities that matter. Collect the bill periods and property context relevant to that decision.

  2. Compare on a consistent basis

Record the scope and assumptions behind each option: included work, operating limitations, maintenance and costs that still need confirmation.

  3. Get a qualified design

Take the brief to the appropriate assessor or licensed contractor for site evaluation, technical sizing, permitting and a written proposal.

ILLUSTRATIVE SCENARIO

Backup starts with a list, not a battery.

Illustrative situation: a household wants to keep refrigeration, communications and selected lights available during interruptions. The brief would list those priorities and the desired duration. A qualified professional would verify loads, starting demands, system compatibility and installation requirements.

  • Define essential activities
  • Record runtime expectations and unknowns
  • Request a site-specific professional proposal

Prove the useful part.
Then build on it.

A focused service should earn the right to grow. These are proposed validation milestones, not completed achievements or enrollment promises.

  1. 01

    Learn from real decisions

Proposed discovery: interview 10 homeowners who are comparing efficiency or backup-power options.

  2. 02

    Test the planning brief

Review 5 sample household briefs with qualified energy professionals in one initial service region.

  3. 03

    Check decision quality

Measure whether homeowners can explain trade-offs and providers receive the information they need. Savings, payback and uptime remain unverified.

A little clarity
before we talk.

Can you quote or install a system?

Solvanti is currently a planning concept. Equipment sales, electrical design, installation and service contracts are not available through this page.

Will you calculate guaranteed savings?

No. Any later scenario tool would need verified inputs and transparent assumptions. Actual economics depend on the property, usage, rates, equipment and quoted work.

Do you advise on incentives or financing?

The brief can record questions to verify with relevant professionals and current program sources. This website does not quote incentive amounts, financing terms or eligibility.

Do I need to share utility credentials?

No. An initial inquiry only needs a general goal and region. Never send login credentials or full account identifiers. Document handling would be agreed before a pilot.

A better energy decision begins with a better brief.

Share your goal and the part that feels unclear. Expressions of interest will help define a practical, limited planning pilot.
